What's inside the folder? My folder name is different to yours 
It should be something like this inside the folder

i have rename the folder that's why
Now you renamed. Change the ANT HOME variable and try again. Remember the path cannot contain any spaces
Try rename ClassPath to CLASSPATH. I don't know if it will work.

When you unzip a file named a.zip then your files are stored in a/a/ folder.
