Android Permission for TaifunSettings1

I am using the TaifunSettings1 (that I downloaded in 2017) to adjust Screen Brightness. In order to work, I changed successfully the Advanced Settings on my Nokia 9.

Question: Is there a way to get the permission from within the APP? I tried unsuccessfully the Screen1: Ask for permission as shown below. Any ideas? Tks.

You don't need activity starter for asking permission..

I suggest you take a look at the 2020 version of the extension!
