I am a Google Workspace Administrator for a school district and have deployed this app for several years to our users who have Chromebook devices. All of these devices have Android/Play Store enabled and have other Android apps that are currently functioning just fine. I received a message from one of my users who says this is no longer available to them. Upon checking the Play Store, I find that there are no eligible devices for app install.
I have removed and re-added the device to the environment, all permissions are approved. I also double checked that Android apps are enabled and allowed for these users and devices.
Has anyone else come across this issue? I feel as if I am missing something in plain sight, but could not find anyone with similar troubles.
