Google Play will be required to target Android 10 API level 29 by November 2. Can you please let me know if I build an APK in App Inventor now, will it target API level 29 ( Android 10 ).

Nb184 is a component release, which means it includes a new companion, version 2.59. This release provides support for Apps to run on Android Q (SDK 29), which is required by all new Apps submitted to the Play Store as of August 1st, 2020 and all updated Apps submitted to the Play Store by November 1st, 2020 per Google policy.
