I just merged this PR. It will go out in the next release.

I while ago I had another issue with a small demo aia I was working on which suddenly didnāt load any more ( and required scm surgery ). It contained only a 3x3 table arrangement with 9 buttons.
Editing the scm file found that the table arrangement had not only the Rows and Cols property, but also Row and Col ( which I see should be only in contained cells ). After deleting these two Row and Col from scm file everything worked again.
So maybe, when loading an aia we should simply discard properties not ābelongingā to the block?
P.S.
I could not reproduce the issue, no matter what I tried, so not sure how important is this, only reporting

Technically, one could put a TableArrangement inside a TableArrangement, so it is feasible that those properties be present. I agree that App Inventor should ignore them if any component has them but doesn't have a TableArrangement as a parent.
