Dear AppInventor Developers,
We are a Swiss research team aiming to understand the impact of early coding experiences on students' choices and attitudes towards computer science. For this purpose, we want to study how students aged 13 to 16 engage with coding through the MIT App Inventor.
We are looking for a talented AppInventorDeveloper who will help us design and develop apps (or adapt existing apps through the development of “black-box” functions to simplify learning) and create easy how-to guides for these apps. Our goal is to haveapps that are simple enough for students to recreate in a 90-minute lesson. These apps will serve as practical tools for students to learn the basics of app development and demonstrate the practical usage of programming they learn in school.
Pay: to be negotiated with the person we hire. We can offer an hourly wage or pay per app/project.
