when take button is clicked upon the alarm page appearing, it disappears and comes back in a few minutes, much like how the snooze function works. How do I make it that it stops doing that?

Before opening another screen, disable all your clocks.
do i have to disable every clock in here in every page that isn't this one?
You won't have access to clocks in other screens at run time until you get there.
It's like shutting off the oven before leaving the house.
