I tried to check my project on my mobile phone by connecting through Connect->AI companion. It loaded for 20% only. Then it will not be loaded and did not give any output through my mobile app. Then I have tried to install an emulator on my computer. The link did not open and gave any dialog box to install. I can't use both of them. What may be the issue? can anyone tell me?
Try to connect with usb

This is a known issue we are having - Companion cannot be used until MIT fix it.
Best to Build (make APK) - scan to your phone in a similar way to Companion, but actually installs your App rather than run it within Companion.
Expecting a solution for Companion soon.

It isn't broken, just not available to you. Here is a precis:
Companion appears to work if legacy connection is ticked, or if you connect by USB

When will the the ai companion work again.

Did you test everything Steve advised? Why doesn't the emulator work for you or the usb?

Well, i am a power user and we are close to the development team. You question has to be answered by a dev.
