Web Capture has been a feature on Microsoft Edge for quite a while. On some days, the App Inventor site seems to break down, quite often randomly, while using this feature. The weird part is that Edge doesn't even display an error code. This has never happened to me on any other sites. I've been able to get this error on three separate computers (all running on Windows 10). Both my OS and browser are on their latest versions.
It is recommended to use chrome or firefox to run App Inventor 2.
AFAIK, Microsoft Edge is not among the supported web browsers for AI2.
Firefox is the front runner for speed.
For web capture, try using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Thanks, I'll try to remember that when I upgrade to Windows 10 from my current Windows 7.
