Ai Companion loading stuck at 10 percent

When I connect to the Ai companion on my IOS It's always stuck on 10 percent and I don't know why

Are you using an extension? At present extensions do not work with ios.

Steve is right, using an extension as you can on Android is not permitted on iOS, so that would stop the Companion/Build working - but there are other reasons too, which are the same on Android, for example images can cause problems, too many screens is an issue. See my website here for a list:
