How can I add adobe xd design to mit app inventor?
That package has image export facilities, right?
Compare its file export types with AI2's Image component's help, and load the exported image files to the AI2 Media folder from the Designer.
Keep the files small.

You do mean you want to import images drawn in Adobe XD? You can't add the Adobe program to App Inventor.
