Is there any updated Admob Extension? I searched but they were outdated. Please if anyone have free updated extension than please let me know.

As you’ve already discovered, unfortunately there is no free, fully working AdMob extension available anymore.
If you really need one, the only true “free” option is to create your own extension and implement the required functionality yourself — and if you feel generous, you could then share it with the community, maintain it whenever Google updates their libraries, fix bugs, offer support, and keep everything compatible with the latest Android APIs.

Be aware: this is an advanced path and requires at least some Java programming skills.
And as @Italo once wisely pointed out:
You can start learning everything you need, spend long days trying, testing, and failing — all in your spare time, sacrificing other things you enjoy.
Then after investing all that time and effort, just give it away for free so everyone else can make money with it… except you.
