AdMob ads not showing in MIT App Inventor

I want to use AdMob Banner and Interstitial ads in MIT App Inventor.

I am not able to find a working download link for AdMob.aix.
When I try to import the AdMob.aix extension, it shows:
"Import Extension Failed".

Please help with a working AdMob.aix extension or the correct way to add AdMob ads.

Search for AdMob in the extensions directory
