Is it possible to add a button to share what populates inside of a text box? Would the button have to go inside the text box for the system to know to share that bit of content? Just for context - the app generates a randomly selected message from a google sheet and I would like the option to share that particular message via text

The button does not have to be inside the textbox (not possible in any case...)

Thank you! The second one worked great! One more question... I dont know if its possible, but is there a way to start the message off with a standard message, like "Sent from (name of app)"? If not, thats fine. Just thought I would ask in case it is possible!
Use the text JOIN block.
