Add List with button "Aceitar"

In my screen "mot_painel" I wanted add just this list that I select in another screen "mot_aceitos" with the button "aceitar" that have in my notificator on painel. How I can do it?

For sharing information between screens, you can either use the TinyDB component or "Open Another Screen with Start Value" block.

I don't want open another screen, I just want keep the values of my list
