Add list to a list. Do I need a csv table?

I'm sure there's an easy way to do this. I want to add a list to a list, but as a separate list so their respective items can be searched independently. Thanks Matt.

I'm late ... I know ... I just discovered the list_from_csv_table (text) function ... and it turns out that in the application that brought me to MIT it would have saved me from making the tables with
