Add column in built in Google sheets

When I am trying to add a colum in sheet it's showing not able to ... Why so?

Do not add a sheet and immediately after that a column

Add a sheet and in the FinishedAddSheet event add the column

FinishedAddSheet(sheetName)

The callback event for the addSheet block, called once the values on the table have been updated.
