We have an error message stating that "If you see this message for an extended period of time, it might be because your internet service is blocking requests to https://ai2p2.appinv.net/. Contact your administrator to check on this and remove the block."
This isn't the case as far as I know. How else can this be resolved?
This link describes which ports must be white listed on your network. If the ports are blocked by your network administrator, these could be your issue.
