Accent in spanish words in listpicker

Hi,
If I make a list, within the blocks, with text that contains accents, when I run the app I see the accented words (left image), but if I import the list of accented words from a csv file, question marks appear where the accented letters should appear (right image). I don't know if it's an AppInventor interpretation problem, an Excel problem, or a combination of both, but I really don't know how to fix it.

Can you upload the csv file here?
It might contain clues.
