Hi Susan,
I want to translate App Inventor into Slovenian language. I already register on Weblate.
Regards,
Jani
I have registered, please for permissions. patryk84a
I can't see Bengali language there. Can you add Bengali language, so we (Bangladeshi) can translate to Bengali (bn) language.
Do you have permission to translate? You must first create an account and tell me so that I can grant you permission. If you have already done that, there is a button to add a language at the bottom of the list of translated language for each component.
It's useful to watch the tutorial video linked in the post above.
We would be delighted to have a Bengali translation.
You should now have access to translate.
My username is JEWEL there.
You should now have access
Hello! I signed up to the weblate server. My username is ni5arga there - can I get permission to translate?
Also can you please enable the language Bengali (India)?
Thank you.
I am very sorry for taking so long to get back to you. It's been a busy month.
You now have permission to translate. Someone started a Bengali version, but very little was done on it. I hope you are still available and interested in translating.

@Susan_Lane During translation, I've come across some coding statements like if, else if, etc., and I’m inclined to leave these keywords in English. Everyone uses these terms in their original English form when discussing programming concepts.
Leaving them untouched seems to be the best approach to maintain clarity and avoid any potential confusion, but please let me know if you have any other preferences or suggestions.
This is an interesting question. If you think it's least confusing to leave these terms in English, I will follow your advice. We can see if there's any negative feedback from users who use the translation.
Thank you very much for your work.
Hi, I have signed up for the weblate website and would like to help translate a language (URDU) that isn't listen on the website yet. I would also like if you get grant me access (Username: milkshake). Much Appreciated.
I granted you access. Have you watched the tutorial video on how to translate? We would be very excited to have an Urdu translation.
Will do! Thank you!
Do you mean the embedded HTML? The embedded HTML is valid.
I also think that not all words should be translated. All programming languages use English words and no one translates them. Personally, although English is not my first language, and I do not know English very well, I use AppInventor in English. After using the Polish translation, I cannot find the appropriate blocks that I need.
