Impossible to know what is wrong with the information you provided.
A guess is
- your training images may be too large
- you may have a slow internet connection. It takes a while to process the images and produce a model.
- the PIC web page blocked by isp
- you have too many training images
- you may have not followed the model building directions exactly; try again with a small training set.
