.aab file - where are the instructions to package and export my app as an aab file into play store?

The app packaging instructions available in the first app "Hello Purr" (Hello Purr) are old (see screenshot below), and there are NO instructions on how to deal with the .aab files (packaging as .aab is mandatory now).

Please provide a link/article that clearly explains the steps on how one should package an app as an .aab (from the App Inventor) and export it into play store.
