Maybe someone should create an app that quickly and reliably counts votes in an election. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible in some (small) states in the USA (a high-tech country, I mistakenly assumed).
Somehow I am working on an application that counts votes and uploads them to CloudDB. I was hoping to post this tutorial to the community to teach users how to use the new Chart component.
