Since we do not know the cause of the issue, we can't say the Project is safe.

I think the project is safe. At this time I have two hypotheses about how it got into this situation. The first is that the project was edited and the .scm and .bky files for that screen renamed from the original name IncrementDialog without changing the internal name reference. The second is that if the copy and paste for a whole screen was used there may be a situation where the $Name property isn't update to reflect the new screen. I'll continue to poke around.
