It would take more than a screenshot.
Do an internet search to find out how to set up an http server on your computer (On your chromebook you will probably need to do this through the linux sub system (though I have not tried it)
Then you would use the web component to access files on the server.
@Randomly_Mythic When I read the topic and then skim through the thread, I no longer understand what this is actually about. What does all this have to do with “pixel size of...”? How about adapting the topic so that we at least get an idea of what the problem/goal actually is?
