Volume booster for headphones/ not speaker

Hello!

So I want to boost the music volume in headphones but not speakers. It's two different things.
I used some extensions, but no one worked. In speakers, I can maximize from 50% to 500%, but when I connect the headphones, the maximum I can get is 100% as much as I change the per cent of volume boost.

Any help or clues?

Well, different hearing devices have different max volumes. I don't think an extension could do that, because even the user can't change it...
