I have an urgent project to finish and need to use the emulator for it. I seemingly have everything installed, yet the emulator has been loading for a ridiculously long time as opposed to the "minute or two" it is supposed to take. Why is this happening?
The emulator seems to be down for now...not sure what the reason is, MIT is working on a fix.
If your teacher requests you to hand it with the emulator, try it with a real device. And/Or, use other emulators, such as Genymotion.
I have no problem with my emulator.
Is this the first time you are using the emulator?
Do you have a small Project that worked in the Emulator before?
