Sorry, you must wait until MIT releases nb190 sometime this month, only then will you be able to easily create an api targeting level 31.

Hi, 4 days ago I uploaded an app to Google Play with no problems Today I got this error when uploading the .aab file to Google Play: "Your app currently targets API level 30 and must target at least API level 31 to ensure that it is built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance.
