Turning in Apps in a classroom

I'm stuck! My kiddos all have a google website. Is there ANYWAY to post the app on a google site? Thank you!

A google website? Are you talking about this
https://sites.google.com/ ?

It depends by what you mean by post Candance. I expect you mean to post the apk (the compiled app). If so, it may mean that the following advice should be followed https://sites.google.com/site/rkgetsweb/publishing-your-app

Does it work? Sorry, I do not know not having a Google site. Let us know what you discover. Thanks.

You could use the gallery, set up a private studio under your account, then share the ID with your students. They can then upload their AIA projects to your private studio. You must ensure that they tick the ckeckbox : Check if you want your app to be findable with a search

Thanks much to all! I will try these over the weekend and report back!

Please help! I am trying to get my students to post their projects in MY studio gallery.

I am using:
http://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/

I created a studio with a NAME, LONG NAME, and ACCESS CODE.

I HAVE a link I can share with the kids.

But when you click on the link, it says the user is logged in as ME. That's fine, but how do they get THEIR project to MY studio.

Any suggestions would be SOOOOOO appreciated!

Why are you using the test server Candance. At a guess, it is not possible to use the test server with the gallery. I really do not know. I do know the test server lacks lots of capabilities. The test server should be used to 'test' new components etc.

Did you follow Tim's advice and an try using the regular server? Ala Tim: use the gallery, set up a private studio under your account, then share the ID with your students. They can then upload their AIA projects to your private studio. You must ensure that they tick the ckeckbox : Check if you want your app to be findable with a search ?

This link indicates MIT is aware of issues Assigning projects to a Gallery Studio?. Hopefully someone at MIT will comment soon.
