Testing for Google Play Publishing

After some help from this community about sdk 21 and the keystore, I filled most of the GOOGLE PLAY requirements, except the Testing.

  1. Can we skip testing.
  2. If not, can someone explain how to do it, please?

  1. As far as I am aware, no, you cannot skip testing on a newer google play developer account.
