To rephrase, if I call Web component JSON blocks without calling Web Get blocks, does my built app require web access permissions?

Dear @Wes_Savage , your reply says that you have not tried the method suggested by the above power users. Since i used web block it doesnot mean it will work in online. This bloc is just used to parse the json to list, thats all. If you use GET request then only you can says it is online. First try the methods suggested in the post no. 16 and 20 then 22.
post number 22 is the replicate of post 16.
Or Post 2, with the original dataset.txt.
