Ok so sorry for this question, it seems simple enough but it's confusing me a lot. The Appathon website says that the submissions are due by July 30 @ 23:59 AOE (UTC-12), but I cannot figure out what time that would be in CST. I tried looking at websites but each one says a different thing. TIA!
Agree AOE is a convoluted way of expressing a deadline.
Here is what MIT says
so Anywhere on Earth (AoE) is 12 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time
The Central Daylight Time (CDT) is 5 hours behind of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) (6 behind CST) this seems to be your local midnight to day, July 30. Now why couldn't they say that instead of AOE?
so, submit your Project NOW and you will be OK I believe.
