Speech Recognizer Issues in Emulator: No Activity found to handle Intent { act=android.speech.action.RECOGNIZE_SPEECH (has extras)

Anyone able to help with this please? I'm following a tutorial so it should work, and I've programmed the blocks as told... when running on the aiStarter emulator I get this.. I've got a mic installed and running Windows 10.

Thank you - I did search but nothing came up. Obviously I wasn't smart enough in my searching! Now that I know the Emulator does not have speech recognition capabilities it makes total sense!
