Sound Recorder Error 802 and Error 908 Permissions issue still persists

I have read a number of threads that appear to offer solutions to the permissions errors associated with trying to save sound files. I am following them but unfortunately I am still not able to get an app to save a recording without crashing. 802 error for .aia files and 908 error for .apk files.

TIMAI2, please follow the thread. This person was NOT able to resolve the issue with this permission call. Neither was I.

You do not need to call a permission for the ASD, you cannot call WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission in Android 11 /API 30.

But if you try setting the savedRecording to the ASD you may have success
