SMS send direkt

Hello to everyone who can do it better than me!
I would like to use the direct sending of SMS. It works perfectly on one cell phone (V13), but not on the other older cell phone (V6) despite having been granted permission. The SMS is created correctly and is also in the SMS list, but it is marked with a red warning triangle. If I open the SMS, I can simply send it by hand. What is the problem? Is it possible that a cell phone or SIM card does not allow direct SMS sending?
Error message for 2s on the phone: "Generic failure, Message not send"

Thanks, but the software is somehow even more complicated and requires a lot of time, calm and concentration )
I swapped the SIM cards today and found that it is definitely the SIM or the prepaid card. Is it possible that prepaid cards are blocked by App Inventor?
It's all very strange somehow.
