SERIAL TOOL baudrate doesnot change

current serial tool has a problem that the baudrate is not changing. if you write any other number . it still work on 9600. i tried all the ways to change the baudrate from the properties in the design tab and from the blocks in the runtime code . the baudrate doesn`t change.

I have just updated SerialOTG with a new function Serial.ReadLn() to receive a message terminated with a new_line char. The function returns an empty string, until a complete message is received.
