Rush 2 is released

Rush 2 is out, from the original repository. The current version is 2.1.1. It answers many of the requests in this thread:

  • Libraries from Maven, with their dependencies, so there's no more hunting for JARs.
  • AARs with their resources, and Android resources in res/.
  • Libraries private to each extension, so extensions don't clash with each other or with App Inventor's own libraries.
  • Kotlin 1.8 to 2.4, Java 17, and an up-to-date App Inventor (v206). There's no more patching android.jar or d8.jar by hand.
  • Builds in folders with spaces in their names.

Please ask questions and report bugs there. To move a Rush 1 project, install Rush 2 and run rush migrate in the project.
