[Request] Wireless ADB Extension?

Can you make an extension to connect to devices wirelessly via adb tcpip and be able to send adb commands and also restart the adb daemon as root and unroot it as well. And I mostly want an adb shell interface to connect devices via adb tcpip and get the results back. Please also support adb over USB if possible.
