U can Use github pages for hosting
I think we need to see what it looks like with a large projects list and a large components tree. I do like dark themes, as Patryk_F says, easier on the eyes. However, those with colour blindness often cannot use dark themes so ideally there should be a variety of themes (as with many other IDEs).

Ai2 is not like a static HTML site, it's a GWT instance, it needs a cloud hosting and cloud services are very costly, and Ai2 is only designed for GCP(Google Cloud Platform) to change it we need to make changes in many files as far as I know...
