Publish app problem .apk .aab secret key

I would like to publish an app for a long time that I created with App Inventor.
Back than I used .apk files tp upload on playstore , but now google has been asking for aab files since 2021. So I created this in App Inventor and downloaded it.
However, when I upload it, I get an error message

You uploaded an APK or Android app bundle signed with a key that is also used to sign APKs that are delivered to the user. Since you're signed up for Play app signing, you'll need to sign the APK or Android app bundle with a new key before uploading it.

thank you. I try my luck, but the tutorial is good. I only need to figure out how step 5 and 6 works
