which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...

To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...

you are setting the provider name to gps, but that does not necessasrily mean, that gps is available in property Available providers...

see this example how to do it correctly

also to open GPS settings the correct value for the activity starter is
android.settings.LOCATION_SOURCE_SETTINGS with an S in the end
