Problem while using the alarm extension in MIT App Inventor!

Here is the error that I went through while using an alarm extension from puravidapps.
“Permission Denial: starting Intent { act=android.intent.action.SET_ALARM
cmp=com.sec.android.app.clockpackage/.alarm.activity.AlarmCTSHandleActivity (has
extras) } from ProcessRecord{98d30b7 23977:edu.mit.appinventor.aicompanion3/u0a232}
(pid=23977, uid=10232) requires com.android.alarm.permission.SET_ALARM”
Is their a fault in the android device that I am using? Please kindly give the solution to it.
