Problem saving file Android 11

What is the simplest way to save a file in any place that i can access from gmail app for example? I am trying to collect data from sensor and send to my gmail manually.
I tried all settings possible, I can't understand, sorry.
Sometimes gives me the problem saying that i don't have prmissio to write, sometimes doesn't find the file, sometimes doesn't create it.

So that Taifun's example app (save.aia) also works with the APK, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission must be declared in the Manifest. To do this, set the DefaultFileScope to Legacy in the Designer. This is the only way to achieve this. Do the same with your app. Note: This is of course a bug, which must be fixed (because WRITE permission no longer exists on Android 11).
