Pasar proyectos de una cuenta a otra cuenta

Hola tengo un problema, no puede acceder a mis proyectos realizados con la cuenta de correo anterior, cuando quiero entrar en app inventor me pide un correo de recuperación y ese correo ya no me da servicio.

la pregunta es se pueden pasar los proyectos de la cuenta anterior a esta nueva.
