I have created an application that loads a list .txt or .csv that is on the internal card in the mobile (/storage/emulated/0/list.txt)
My question is how can I install the application on another mobile and automatically copy the list?
The list cannot be integrated into the application because it is too large and causes problems.
The application cannot work without the list.

These blocks provide an example of how to download a file ("anyone can view" permissions) from google drive on the first run of the app.
If you need the file you want to download to remain private on google drive then more work is needed using a google apps script web app.

How did you create your Web1.Url?
Isn't the link from the google drive of the file (list.txt) do you uploaded to be shared?
I have copy paste the share link from google drive from my file KALIKRATIS.txt .
The rest are exactly the same as your example
You need your url to be in a specific format that Google Drive understands in order to download a file from Google Drive. The url you need is not the same as the one you get from "Get link", you have to construct it yourself:
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=<YOUR FILE ID HERE>
exactly as I have done in my blocks. Why can't you copy what I have done ?

It does get the file (tested) but after that have to use file component to read data from that file

Tested as aia and as apk. Check this I modified to download and read file if first run else read directly file
