App Inventor cannot do push notifications. See your previous post Simple Notification Extension to see what can be done with extensions.

AI is an educational compiler primarily… I you need to do things like this, you might develop using one of the commercial third party AI block compilers instead of using App Inventor. These other compilers are designed with commercial developer tools.
