NFC reader not working

I created a small application to read the cards/Tags RFID 13.56, and I used the extension MifareInfo1, but unfortunately the application does not work.
Does this extension not work with this type of cards?
Is there another solution to read this type of cards?

Mifare Classic & Ultralight Extension

I think I solved. Attached my extension, the source of the extension, and an app inventor project for test. The NFC of my smartphone is active, and when I put the RFID card near my smartphone I hear the beep.
I used the extension of @Marco_Perrone

after installing the application on my smartphone it worked well, but testing the application with the USB connection did not work.
