Need some help regarding my BLE controled project

Hi, friends. I'm new to MIT. and I have just started a project, which is a Bluetooth-controlled one.
I just watched a few videos on how to use Bluetooth to control your devices of Arduino. And yet I haven't done the Bluetooth part. I followed the instructions to create a listpicker to get the HC06 (the Bluetooth module) connected, but I got no luck. hope you guys can help me out. I really appreciate it.

I was expecting that there will be a list to show up the Bluetooth devices, but It did not show anything to me. Did I do something wrong with the blocks?
