The problem is that the image for the listpicker and those value are not changing when my Arduino is operating... I am thinking of the problem maybe is the if then blocks part

Use Do it on global list and post a screenshot here so we can see what you get from arduino

So last time I will ask you this question that are you trying to connect from bluetooth?

And I see it is not your code, so you might have to contact the source code author for issues.
