Need Graph with time

I need a time graph. The "Action" happens several times a day, and I need visual statistics when these actions took place in time (10-20 per day). That is, according to the X coordinate, the time at which the "Action" took place is needed, and according to Y - its intensity in the whole number. It is desirable that it be in the form of dots. I tried to adapt GoogleChartMaker, but it only works with integers, I can of course express the time in milliseconds, but this will complicate the visual perception. What are the solutions to this problem?
